Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has an annual production capacity of 100,000 MT, with expansion underway to double capacity to 200,000 MT in the near future. Equipped with globally acclaimed feed manufacturing systems from IDAH Machinery Co. Ltd., Taiwan and CPM (California Pellet Mill), USA, our plant integrates advanced automation, precision processing, and real-time quality monitoring to produce nutritionally balanced, highly stable, and consistently superior shrimp feed.
Our manufacturing process begins with the careful selection of premium-quality raw materials sourced through stringent vendor evaluation and quality verification procedures. Every stage of production—from automated batching, precision grinding and mixing, steam conditioning, and precision pelleting to cooling, drying, packing, and storage—is meticulously monitored to ensure optimum nutritional value, pellet durability, water stability, and product consistency. A modern Quality Control laboratory and robust Quality Assurance system perform comprehensive testing of both raw materials and finished products, ensuring every batch meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and traceability.
With an extensive storage capacity of approximately 6,000 MT, our facility maintains ideal conditions through hygienic handling practices, moisture and contamination control, proper ventilation, dedicated storage areas, and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management. Our unwavering commitment to quality and food safety is demonstrated through compliance with internationally recognized certifications and regulatory standards, including BAP (Best Aquaculture Practices), HACCP, HALAL, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, EIA, CAA, MPEDA, and APSADA.
